Avatars?!?!?

can someone please help me. whenever i try to upload a pic for my avatar it says only 100 x 100 pixels. so how can i change the size of the picture??

You'll need to do it in a program. MSPaint can usually do it... Sometimes, if you post the big pic, someone REAL NICE will resize it for you...

and then copy the link that it gives you into [IMG] tags and the pic will display. :)

That's 100 by 75 pixels, if you want 100 x 100 then it will look stretched out.

while im here ive seen some people with avatars that change pics. like they have 5 pics and it just switches from 1 to the other. how do i do this???????
