This requires a custom reprogramming of the pcm, the limit is in there for tire speed considerations. bnaylor can give you specific info on this I will pm him for you. 3800 engine?

Maxwedge is correct. The PCM must be re-programmed to remove the speed limiter which is technically set for 108 mph.

Digital Horsepower (DHP) will do custom programming on a Regal LS. But they do not have any ready to purchase/swap PCMs like for the Regal GS. Those are going for $99. Custom should be similar in cost if you just want the limiter removed and other programming.
