I have a '97 and I can't figure out where the noise is coming from. I starts wining about 15 miles an hour and goes from there. It doesn't change with braking or turning. I'm thinking it may be a wheel bearing, but I want to make sure before I put new ones in. I have about 109,000 miles on it so it could be. I've checked all of the fluid levels and all are good. I did change the xfer case fluid but that was good too. Any ideas would help. Thanks:banghead:

My 98 does the same exact thing at 105,000 mi. Wish I knew what it was. I'm about to change the tires out, it kind of sounds like it is coming from there.

After all, it looks like the wheel bearings are bad on the passenger side. I'm changing both so I don't have to go through this again.
