How do you think of AF?

Just wondering... I think my answer would be different if I still went to a zillion forum sites...

I'd say it's a community with cliques, but not oppressively so.

community with some random half arsed wanker who acts like a complete pillock from time to time

I think AF is more like a community. We're basically all friends, we can speak our minds about cars and about what's on our mind, and have a good time.

AF is my bar of choice,it's the place that Icome to to wind down after the stresses of the day.I don't neccesarily like everybody in the bar,but I don't go out of my way to pick fights here,unless a specific individual pisses me off...


So come on in,the beer's cold,the ladies are hot,there's a great atmosphere...

I see AF as a strong community. Especially OT. I do visit a motorcycle board fairly frequently, but even in the Pittsburgh forum there isn't quite the same sense of family. Sure, almost all motorcyclists are in the "club" but I don't get the same sense of family from the other forum. It's like the moderators are seen as being better over there, where as here... we are the trouble and the peacemakers! :p

i voted almost like a club. it is too big for everyone to know each other, but out of all the sites i go on, the main posters here all know each other, and the community is second only to the "other" AF.
