New MC and SC prob.

I just installed both and bled the system. It engages almost 2cm off the ground and I'm serious. Its kinda hard to shift. I already adjusted the rod, it's almost out of the pedal thing. Any suggestions?

Did you make sure it wasn't leaking? The only thing I can think of is if it's leaking or maybe when you got done bleeding it you forgot to fill up the resevoir?

And are you sure that you bleed it correctly?
