Okay I was driving home after filling the gas tank up to turn my boost up(finally) and I happen to glance down right as my check engine light comes on. So, I get home and pull out the palm logger. 3 codes came up.
P0400- Exhaust gas recirculation flow malfunction This has to do with the EGR valve right? How serious is this and how can I fix it.
P0196- Engine oil temperature sensor range/performance - I checked my oil and it was a bit low so I filled it up.
P03FF- Ignition System or Misfire I have no idea what would have caused this or where to start fixing it.
Any input would be apreciated. Thank you.

The P0400 is the EGR. Check to make sure the EGR is working properly and there is no blockage anywhere. The P0196 sounds like the oil temp sensor is going bad. Third one I have no idea. That's all I got.
Quesiton for you... how did you get the palm logger to pul the codes? Mines doens't show any codes, it just says the CEL is on.

You can plug up the EGR it's just for emissions.
As for the misfires, check make sure your sparkplugs, wires and coil pack are good and the plugs are gapped correctly.

I cleared the codes via the palm pilot. My plugs should be gapped correctly because, I gapped them myself to .028. Yes it read p03ff. You can read this as P03XX. If you guys don't already know about this site it may be usefull. http://www.mitsubishi-forums.com/index.php?showtopic=7077&pid=24155&st=0&#entry24155
And yes my palm piliot pulls the codes I just press the down button when I am at the main screen. F2 pulls the codes F4 clears them.
