'03 Avalon XLS Air Bag Indicator

The air bag indicator on my '03 Avalon just recently started blinking. It stays on for about 2-3 seonds then goes off for about 1 second. This pattern repeats itself as long as the car is running. Any ideas of what's causing this problem and what needs to be done to fix it?

You have to get it analyzed by Toyota. Bring it to a dealer.
