they have complete rebuild kits on ebay that are pretty decent, believe it or not, but you dont want stock pistons if your going to turbo...if your tearing apart the motor you may as well just slap some forged ones in there. the stock rods i believe are forged so that can save you money, but they arent that thick, so id worry about bending one at over 350 whp or so...
ive heard the most user friendly pistons are CP. JE is what i got, and they will handle more abuse, but have less than ideal expansion rates, so there will be more piston slappage on cold starts.
as far as a turbo kit...greddy makes a VERY complete kit, but it comes with e-manage, which can be either a plus or minus, depending on who you talk to. apart from that, its much cheaper to piece together a kit, plus you can chose individual items to best suit your buildup.
(p.s. id recommend not using a t-2 based turbo, unless it will be almost exclusively a daily driver. the t2 turbos are too small for the motor and while they will give fast boost with not much lag, they will start to wheeze long before redline.)

he basically summed it up. I would check out the sponsors on www.ka-t.org They have anything you will need. That should keep you shopping for a while. Lots of choices.
