Does anyone know a good way to bypass the WAC relay? I have no interest in paying $300 for the new CCRM, I am going to try to fix the WAC but if it fails I would like to just bypass it all together. Any tips would be greatly apreceated.

It can't be bypassed. It will screw up the PCM, the fan and the wide open throttle cutout. If you can get inside it, check the coil for continuity and file the contacts. The power for this relay comes from the low pressure switch and it in turn gets its power from the switch on the dash. Could be low on freon keeping the low pressure switch off. Could you get a CCRM from the boneyard?

I could prob find one in a junkyard, but by reading these threads it seems to be a very common problem. I have checked the freon, it is good, plentty of presure. The air compressor will come on when supplied with a hot, and blows ice cold.
