Civic Ex w/16v engine/Automatic will not start. Just from a quick initial check the fuel pump doesn't appear to have power. I can hear the relay click at the fuse panel. I have not checked for spark, but was told that part was repaired (found distributor in the back seat.) This car had been bumped lightly in the front. Do these cars have a fuel cut-off switch that may have tripped? Any ideas? I will diagnose further...:rofl:

It is my understanding from previous posts that the fuel pump receives it's power from thw ECU. Is this correct?
ECU=Relay=Fuel Pump
ECU=Relay=Fuel Pump

yep...and check the alternator fuse and grounds in the engine bay. If they are loose, it will cause this condition.
