Power Window not working

Greetings,
My driver's side window stopped working on Sunday on my 95 Grand Prix. I was fixing an issue with my center console in which I had to take the gear shift apart when I noticed it....but that shouldn't have caused the window issue since no wires for the window run thru there...I'm guessing it's just a coincidence.
Anyway, I took the door panel off...but there was one screw or something I couldn't see right underneath and to the left of the handle. I pulled on it thinking it may have been a push-clip, but it would not budge. So that's my first question.
Next question on the actual window issue: I checked the wires and they seem fine. All the other windows work fine. When I try to roll the window down I can tell it has power, and it also makes a clicking noise. The motor doesn't actually rotate, it just makes that clicking sound. Does this indicate a bad motor, or is there something else I should check first?
