Built 420A Auto Trans?

I totalled the '98 Eclipse RS that I owned less than a year ogo. I stripped of aftermarket parts right before the accident (not after... because that would be illegal.) So I have everything I need to build an Eclipse exactly the way I've wanted... without the learning curve. Unfortunately, I cannot find a manual 420A anywhere near me within a reasonable price range. I'm not even going to bother switching an auto to a manual (which I did for a Dodge Shadow... and will never do again!). So, I'd like to know if there is a source for a built automatic trans that could widthstand 300hp and about 300ft.lbs. ...I'm just reviewing all the options before buying another Eclipse. Thanks!
P.S. I know purchasing a manual GS-T Eclipse would be better... Please refrain from stating the obvious.

Get a stall converter. It'll give you much more performance with the auto tranny.

What if I wanted to heavily mod an auto 420A? Any way to build up this trans? Thanks

Not really. It will hold a good amount of power but if you're into the heavy modding, then I would just look into something else other than the stocker.
