95 ck 1500 stalling and wont start

While driving the truck stalls. It would run and then when the gas pedal was pressed the truck would stall. it would idle up when it would start if you barely pressed the peddle gently down. but if you tried to push the pedal normally it would just stall. a few days later it finally just cut off and now it wont stay running. Tried putting a little gas in the intake and then starting it, it runs, idles up, then starts to idle down, then stalls, all in a matter of 5-10 seconds. Fuel Pump works, filter is flowing fine, and the plugs and wires are all new. replaced the PCV valve. and nothing. i read somewhere taht it could be the pickup coil? need help fast. we really got to get this truck back up and running. oh and the pump is brand new and you can hear it running.
