Upper Control arm Mounting studs ?

Here's one that I haven't had to fix yet! One of the two right side upper control arm mounting studs broke on my 89 Chev. R3500 tow truck. The other one is bent. I'm sure it broke from being loose and towing my other 1 ton home over a very rough dirt road the other day.
Anyway where can I find the mounting studs? I've called and searched the internet all day..Nothing. It's like these studs don't exist. I didn't try the dealer yet from fear of price shock! I know they are out there some where.
