Ignition 94 regal 3.8

I just started having this problem. When I go to start the car
I here a clicking noise. Then the car will start. It does not seem
to be the battery or the starter, because when it starts it
start`s fine. When you turn the key sometime`s you hear clicking
sounds then it will start. The clicking sound it when you turn key.
Sometimes you have to turn key a few times before it start`s.
