Wheel Problem Question

I just installed new 17" Bonneville alloy wheels on my 94 Grand Prix. These are 7" wide. I am having interference problems with the rear trailing arms scraping the inside rim. Also they are not clearing the front calipers, just scraped some of the inner wheel by the hub. Will a 5/16 thick wheel spacer give me enough clearance? Will I have enough stud length?
