Factory Radio

I have an 03 Lancer, which is like an 02 lancer and I wanted to know how do i remove the factory radio so i can install a new one. And are there any issues i need to worry about? I'm use to workin on honda's and my neighbors payin me to do his so any help would be preciated. Thanks
