Hey my friend jsut bought a 1994 Eclipse awd, its got 190 H.P. Turbo charged and everything. Well he was asking me the easiest way for him to get to 300 H.P. Without using N.O.S, he says he wants it to be safe and not mess with his internals, so what would be the easiest way for him to get there, say the parts and the money if you guys have any ideas.
Thanks in advance

This topic has been covered many times and if you check the sticky on the main forum, there are a lot of links that will give very detailed ways of increasing hp.
In general, to get to 300 whp, you'll need to do a boost gauge, intake, exhaust, boost controller, fuel pump and possibly an upper IC pipe. Then you have two routes. You can go with a bigger turbo, more upgrades to the fuel system and some tuning OR you can try to squeeze as much as possible out of the 14b (stock turbo) with some major tuning, race gas and probably injectors). I'm not sure if the 14b can get you to 300 whp but it has been documented that it can get a car to high 12s.
Do some searches and check out the sticky and the websites it contains.

So if i had a 1995 gst or gsx, the same mods would give me that kind of horsepower im guessing. (from the link)

No. The 1g upgrade list is with the stock 1g turbo, the 14b, which can move quite a bit more air than the t25 (stock on 2g's). Basically, the t25 is maxed out stock, they cant flow much more air. You will need a bigger turbo quicker on a 2g and on a 1g.

How much H.P do you think the 16G turbo can handle? for the 2g .

It is rated to 380whp and some cars with cams and smim have over four (Apparently I don't know for sure) If 300 is your goal than that is a good choice for a turbo. BUt you can get away with less. MAybe even a 14b you could get real cheap.

Sounds about right to me. However, thats boosting the shit out of them with all the support mods and a damn good tune.
