2000 SE wipers

The passsenger side wiper arm looks like it is sitting up further than normal. Is there a way to unloosen the mount and pull the wiper down a little and tighten it back up?

At the base of the wiper is a plastic cover. Remove it and you will be access the nut holding the wiper arm down onto the spline. Remove the nut, remove arm and then it can be repositioned.
