is the 420a the shitty timing belt motor is does the belt bend valves on the 4g63 also?

I have no clue about the 420a but if you do some searching on here all your questions would be answered really fast!!!

420A is nowhere near the likelyness of a timing belt jump as the 4g63, but it could happen to any car.
