Custom Paint or ...?

OK,..I've been trying to figure out how much it would be to have my car painted IS 300 Blue and kit installed. I've heard different things, but most say $2,000+. Originally I was thinking it would cost $1,000. Anywho, How much is it going to cost? Anyone knows people that knows people that can get me a nice paint job for cheap? If not, how much do you think it would be to just have touch ups, re-clear coat it with a blue clear coat, and install kit?

Would that look good on a white civic with Black Widow kit?

How much would it cost to shave my side moldings and rear lisence play housing?

I know, I know..too many questions...but I'm too lazy to go down to the body shop Thanks for any.. help at all.
