no not all of us are like that. most of the ppl i know don't care, we know bush is a complete dumbass but of course if any of you knew jean chretien, he couldn't speak either of the official languages (well sort of but no one could understand him). our beer is better, our schools are generally better, and our health care is better. our army is a joke, the troops are very well trained but their equipment is a joke. our navy and air force are the same way, good troops but bad equipment.

we also have better weed, it's one of our largest agricultural markets, but the government is too stupid to legalise it and make tax money off of it lol.

but basicly, i don't care about anything that goes on around me, i could care less about what the states does or what europe does or whatever, i just care about getting into my program at university, getting a good job, and living my life. and for the record, i'm going to mississippi to help rebuild houses for hurricane katrina relief so don't bitch about canadians because tha vast majority of us don't give a shit.

They make more money from charging people for possessing it than they would ever make from collecting tax on it.

the thing about that is that oyu're allowed to have up to 15 grams of it without being charged anything. after that it's a heavy fine and/or criminal charges. but if you think about it, you could have a whole new market with new jobs to tax, taxes on marijuana, taxes for growing licenses. i doubt they make much, if any, money from putting people in jail for it. plus, cops don't really care if you have any on you as long as you aren't selling, i've never heard of anyone going to prison for carrying, the cop tells them to destroy te joint, then they confiscate the rest that they have on them. after that they "destroy" whatever they confiscate.
