1995 GA A/C tubing running from right side of compressor (driver side) around the front underside has a hole wore into it from rubbing on clutch. Can this be repaired or do I have to replace it? Thanks for the help. You guys are great!!:banghead:

It must be replaced. A repair will not handle the pressure. Hoses aren't that expensive but you will need to have a vacuum put on the system before you can recharge it with freon.

Thanks Dad,
I was afraid of that. Had to waste 24 oz. of 134a to find out the pipe had a hole worn into it. Hope it isn't too difficult to replace. Will take it off today. Probably an OEM part from GM.

Look for it a gmpartsdirect.com or rock-auto.com. They have very good prices, a lot lower than a dealer.
