95 Metro LSI losing power

After driving about 10 miles, my 3 cyl 5 speed starts running rough and loses power for a mile or two and then it runs fine again. Speed drops to about 40-45 mph. Any ideas what the cause is?

Moisture in the distributer? Could be so many things, but there's my 2 cents.
