lol, I never thought I would be glad to be in Jersey over Florida but I am :). Today is low 70's, high 60's with under 60% humidity and I had some automotive painting to do. So its perfect. Couldn't ask for better weather.

70s? that sucks, even england's hotter. it's like 85 during the day now.

I was outside bbqing and I was freezing my tush off. If it wasn't for the wind it would have been warm.

I get horrible migrains when its too hot out. I love 70's plus like I said, for painting they recommend high 60's/ low 70's with under 70% humidity. So its perfect weather for what i had to do today.

Its june, it should be summer-ish. I live in NE ohio and its in the 60's, cold with the wind.

thanks, this was my weekend to get ubder the truck and change oil an lube the front end. weather jerk says tropical storm 1 will rain an storm both days off. now i guess the laundry and dishes will get done if the lights stay on. south florida sucks a big one.:icon16::banghead::screwy:

Forget that, 90s is way to hot for me. When I went to Cali last month. I thought I was going to die. 90s plus and no damn wind. I love the Oregon coast. Exept in the afternoon on hot days in the valley the wind comes through town alil fast... 70 is about perfect for me. :grinyes: I might like hot weather better if I was not so damn fat and would not start to sweat just stepping out side.

I'm 6' 125 lbs... being skinny does not help in 90+ temps. Air conditioning is about the only thing that will.

the most humid place i've been in Singapore. in Singapura city it's so humid it's hard to breath. but still kinda pleasant at the same time.

i would never wanna live in florida for a few reasons;
- too many old people
- house needs to be rebuilt many times due to hurricanes
- insanely humid
- constantly raining
i would rather live in cali or arizona in 100 degree temps with no humidity as here in md in the summer it can get as bad as florida. i went to vegas last summer and one day it was 102 degrees but with 10% humidity and people were complaining.

No it doesn’t. It just needs to be built right in the first place. A reinforced concrete beach house or even a well build wood house inland isn’t going to get taken down by a hurricane.

Florida rules man. They get all the great hurricanes. Georgia doesn't get shit but humid weather and the ending trails of the storms.

Hurricane parties are fun! but its not the hurricane that makes it fun... The worest storm my area saw was charlie which left me without power for 18 days. Not that bad as far as hurricanes go.

In related news- the local government had taken to putting up a billboard that says "Make a Plan" and has a picture of a hurricane over florida.... the billboard was blown apart by the outer bands of that tiny hurricane.

yeah its def way tooo hot in fl. i walk into the garage and fall on my ass cause i just sweated all over the garage floor in like 2 seconds. plus i spilled oil all over my garage floor. oops, leaky container. but yeah it hurts to work on my car. i could leave a steak next to my car and when im done with the car it will be cooked.
