how to remove c/v shaft from trans?

i am replacing a transmission out of a 93 sentra se-r and ive never done it to a front wheel drive car. i dont know how to remove the shafts. i thought they would pop out after you remove the three big bolts. (two on top and one on bottom)... any help? please!!?!

3 big bolts? not sure i understand.
ok im assuming you have the axle off the hub. next, put a prybar in between the axle and tranny and just pop it out. its only held in by a c-clip on the splined part of the axle that is slightly larger than the hole, so it pops wider when the axle is in the tranny. if your replacing the axle, just yank until it comes out.
