The only matainence i've done to my car is the oil and filter change. It has over 60k on it now and I was told by a friend that I need to change the transmission fluid and coolant. I checked the coolant res. and there isn't any coolant in there. My question is where the hell are the drain bolts for the radiator and transmission fluid? Are they hidden or something?

I checked the coolant res. and there isn't any coolant in there. There should ALWAYS be coolant in the reservois.
My question is where the hell are the drain bolts for the radiator and transmission fluid? Are they hidden or something? Some models have a radiator drain plug and some don't. If not just disconnect the bottom hose. There is an engine block coolant drain plug in such a bitch of a place that I suspect most people dont't bother removing it. It's located on the front RHS of the block near where the dipstick tube runs down, in behind the exhaust manifold. It's hard enough to see it, let alone remove it. Cylinder head coolant bleed screw is located next to the thermostat housing by the distributor. Heater hose bleed screw is mounted on the heater hose at the rear of the engine.
Transmission drain bolt should be on the transmission sump. Auto transmission fluid capacity is 7 litres.;)
