2000 Dodge Intrepid 2.7

My harmonic balancer is wobbling from front to back and my air conditioner belt came off. Is the balancer suppose to wobble? Please Help!! Thanks

If you mean the camshaft damper, mine does the same thing. I read somewhere that this is quite common. Definitely does not look right though.......

That is not normal if your belt is coming off. You need to make sure the front os it still has a bolt in it. If it does ther is a rubber ring that goes around the inside on the front of the damper make sure is is not damaged. If all the checks out you trust washers on the crakshaft may be bad letting the crankshaft move back and forth.
