Custom made front lips and bumpers

Does anyone know how to make a custom front spoiler or add on to the existing bumper? I would like to do this to take a stock 87' Mazda RX-7 bumper and make my own front air dam for it. Something like this...

Play with fiberglass. Take off the original spoiler, make a fiberglass mold of it, work with it from there. Use 7 layers of fiberglass and plenty of resin.
