Does anyone have a list or know what states require a front plate and what ones dont? I got pulled over in my school parking lot by an asshole cop today on the last day of school and screamed at with lights on just because i dont have a front plate, even though 1 out of every 5 or so doesnt have one iether? Im in wisconsin so...

MN requires them, but I have been driving with just the back one on my Cavy for about 4 years now, no trouble yet. Even on the 3 times I've been pulled over.

Lucky, I've been pulled over solely for having no front plate more than once.
