Need Help '95 Celica Convertible

I have a '95 Celica convertible and in need of motors for the rear power windows.
A) Where can I get these parts?
B) Does anyone know how to get them out without removing the convertible top entirely?

you can get them at a junkyard, pick n pull, mabe kragen (usually they only do engine stuff) and the stealership (dealership), check with the dealership last, and i believe you have to remove the brackets holding the top down but not removing it entirely, dont quote me on it tho, go out and get a chiltons manual, itll tell you how to take it all apart and install the new motor
