Rebuild or not...???

The transmission in my 1993 automatic 3.2 sohc 4x4 tooper is about shot.It has the 4l30e transmission.I am undecided weather to have it rebuilt or to purchase a crate transmission.Any ideas or suggestions would help out alot...I have never had to deal with a transmission problem..Not sure what to do. HELP!!

on a 13 year old vehicle I'd go with the cheapest option possible. Me personally, I may look for a different vehicle. What kind of condition is the rest of the truck in?
