2 part question

whats the name of the part that you screw into where your intake manifold or maybe it bolts on to where your carb would go that has a latch on it used for putting your engine back in without having to place and chain around it and where can it be bought from thanks.. sorry if this is confusing.

They're called "engine lift plate" in Summit. $20.
