Prep is 100% of painting interior plastics !!
I think I saw yours GASE 95, over on cardomain, You done a great job.
Hows it holding up to routine cleanings?
That was my only concern when I think of painting things, is the paint rubbing off when you clean it......
Guess those new paints for plastic are supposed to be the shit, though I'm having trouble finding teh right colour shades :banghead:

Yeah you probably did see it. I put a link on one of these forums, i dont remember which on though. Its holding up VERY well. I had to repaint the left middle vent though because my idiot friends decided to throw quarters at eachother while on our way to North Carolina. Needless to say one hit the vent rather hard and put a small chip it and me being the perfectionist that i am, i resanded and repainted it the day i got back. Good as new.
Normal wear and tear should be expected and its easy to have happen so just be careful with it. It hasnt faded either in the 2 years that ive had it but Armor All really brings a NICE shine to it.
PS the clear coat offers quite a bit of protection from wear and tear so dont be afraid to put on a couple extra coats

Clear coats a must for durability and Shine :)
I'm going shopping for some Krylon this weekend, probly hav to hit several stores to get what I want.
I was thinking to If I cant find the colours I want, I'll just get the ones I need , *bust open the cans, and mix my own colour/shades and then spray it with my paintgun.
* busting open spray cans is dangerous! and I DONT recommend it

LOL yeah be careful doing that. I dont recommend throwing those into fires either (though it is fun, someone could lose an eye ha).
You probably already looked at walmart but if you didnt, they carry some GM colors. Thats where i found mine at. Just make sure u do light coats and take your time. Its worth it :)
