02 wipers always on.

The wipers continue to run and will not shut off. The first time it happened it was raining, the second time it was not raining. The wipers will change speeds when the switch is turned but will not shut off.

Anyone have any ideas? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have rainsense wipers or regular ones?

Regular ones sorry I meant to mention that. While searching around I found a recall on the 03 wiper system which sounded alot like what is happening (rain gets in the module and makes it act funny is basically what it said). Does anyone know if this recall goes for the 04 models as well?

I dunno about a recal for 2004, but it definately sounds like the prior year(s) issue.

Well the dealership fixed it but said my vehicle was not covered under the recall, the problems sure sounded similar.

What exactly did they find wrong? My 03 TB does the same thing.
