sonoma water pump

Need major help. I am trying to change the waterpump on my 97 sonoma. I can not figure out how to get the dump fan of of the pully. I've got everything off and unhooked all the hoses, but I can't get the fan off for the life of me. If any body has any tips or something that can help me out please let me know.
