take it to a muffler shop? thats what i did to mine,....be careful though, some shops charge you just to look at it? wtf, just asked them if you can get a free estimate, someone charged me $70 just to hoist it for 2 mins to look at it, it should be somewhere between $50-100 for just the exhaust depending on where you go, some local guy with his own small shop charged my bro $20 for just installing the exhaust, so shop around

You can weld it or you can clamp it. I would suggest having it welded by an exhaust shop. Just take the pipe in with your can and tell them how you want it configured. They will usually charge between $75 and $100 if you bring your own pipe. They charge less on labor if you use their pipe. It all depends on how much cutting and hangers they will have to weld up. I have been quoted $100 for mine which is a full 3" from the turbo back and I am having it done kind of custom so I'm sure they would charge you less.

As for your system, show us picture of the back end of your car and your muffler. Also, do you plan to have the muffler visible or not? Then I can give you an opinion of what I think would look good or not.

o he has a saturn ion. if u plan on boosting, 3' piping is the way to go. i believe in those ions they have the 2.2 and 2.4 unless u got the redline. this would help determine what sixe pipe your should get and put a idea in our head on about how it looks.
