91 PAU not starting

My 91 PAU will sometimes turn over when I pump the gas although when it is started it won't stay and if it does I have to keep the gas floored and the exhaust is spitting really hard. I have changed the coil pack, crankshaft sensor and module. Any other ideas?

It sounds like it is time for a fuel pressure check. Have you check for codes yet? Are you getting good spark?

It is getting good spark. How do I check for codes and how do I actually check the fuel pressure?
