Only in the current time of being political correct could a disabled athlete be sent home from the Commonwealth Games for sexual harrassment. That’s right! One of our very own lawn bowlers is being sent back to New Zealand because of sexually harrassing one of the female volunteers at the games.
Come to think of it, the guy that harrasses me at work has been on leave for a few weeks. Mmmmmm wonder if it’s him! Or maybe it was the Panda! :p :hehehe:

Shoot - the article didn't say what he did. I'd like to know if it was something serious or one of those "he looked at me" kind of complaints.

The man has half his leg missing,He's 60.It's lawn bowls.He's been sent home for a minor indiscretion,and is going to just accept that he flew halfway around the world to participate in an international event and ended up being 'sent to his room' like a naughty child..The New Zealand media are treating it like it's some kind of scandal.It's the Commonwealth Games,a drab affair in a drab city,celebrating a drab empire that now consists of Britain and a few small clusters of desolate islands.Put all of those factors together and this has to be the most irrelevant piece of journalism since the last set of election polls.:rolleyes:

I think I'm going to mix it up at the work place. I'm going to go get a job someplace just for one reason... I'm going to claim a really good looking female is sexually harassing me. See how long that flies. And if it get's shot down before it even takes off, then I'm going to start bitching.
Now don't get me wrong, I think the fact that we take sexual harassment seriously is a good thing. But theres sexual harassment, and then theres sexual harassment. Common, all of you intelligent people know the difference. There's the above kind, and then theres the sweaty guy at the water cooler EVERY DAY who looks down your shirt, grins annoyingly, and constantly comments "boy, that dress sure does look good on you" The guy who is higher up the chain of command then you, and uses this to do the same thing as the sweaty guy, just he does it more, and he touches you all the time.
What the fuck people, differentiate between severety of infractions!

I dont think we would mind it from the sense it would make us feel good - but sexual harrassment is more about control then just lust.
