rite now im running a stock fuel filter that mounts onto the firewall (92 GSt).

but also im running a clear highflow fuel filter before the fuel gets to the fuel rail so i can see when to change fuel filters, but im wondering can i take out the stock filter and just run one high flow clear filter?

If the aftermarket unit has similar specs to stock, or at least respectable specs (whatever that may be), I don't see the problem. I've used earls sintered bronze filters in the past, and I wouldn't hesitate to use the Aeromotive filters since their specs and intended uses are well pulbished. If yours is something similar to these, I'd go for it. Of course, it only makes sense of you are going to AN lines or something like that.
