Service Light - 03 Sunfire 2.2L SLX

Hi All,

I have recently just had my service (Amber Wrench) Light flip on and off for about a month, now its on full time. I am not sure why, car runs perfectly fine but the front brakes most likely need to be replaced even though the safety tab has not hit yet.

Any idea how I can get this light off, w/o going to the dealer and getting charged an arm and a leg for getting them look at it and maybe tell me whats wrong with it?

What does the owners manual say that the light indicates. It may indicate that the oil needs to be changed or that the air cleaner is dirty. Check the manual and that should help you diagnose the problem.
