95 Ga 3.1 no start

I did a engine swap over the weekend and went to start and no start. It crank's fast then real slow I checked the spark it only spark's like every 3 or 4 turn's. It crank's like the timing is off but can you set the timing? I checked all the wire's firing order like 20 times. After cranking for a minut it backfire's threw the intake. Any help please. And also where can I find a vacume hose diagram? I have a hayne's book but it was a waste of money.

I fixed it I went by the intake for my firing order and aparently that's not even close. So needless to say it was my firing order. Run's like a champ now.
