no power

well, simply put I was driving home from work one night, and noticed a power failure with my stereo. Figuring it was just the battery I let it go. The next day everything worked fine. Now all of a sudden my stereo, neon lights, and power windows do not work.
I've replaced my ancient, dusty battery for a lovely optima one. I noticed the battery cables were worn to hell, so I replaced those as well. Still nothing. Checked all the fuses, all good. Went extreme and popped a brand new alternator in as well.
I'm beginning to run out of ideas here. I have no clue what would be doing this as even if it was a fuse or relay, my stereo and windows are on seperate relays. I'm also confused as my door poppers and neons are on the same relay, and only my poppers are getting power.
Any other things I could do? Anything thing I haven't checked yet?

Well, it could be something with some faulty wiring, something may not be grounded, is your car having trouble getting started at all, or is it the random loss of power on somethings, It could be your ECU saying "IM a fag, im about to burn out"

car always starts fine, and not sure about the grounds really, honestly never checked like my stereo and what not.

Something must be fucked up in the wiring somewhere that's grounding eveything.

When you say neon lights. Does that mean like underglo or something.. If it is I would definitly start there. Check your aftermarket stuff for shorts first my bet is they would go before any stock/covered parts but yea it could be anything like that.

sounds like a short,
just to get it out of the way, do you have any leaks near your alternator???
(I kept frying alternators because of a PS leak)
