FPR location

Can someone tell me the location of the fuel pressure regulator?

Depends on the year of the car. For most newer models, they are located under the hood in the power control center. The back of the cover lists which one is the fuel pump relay.

Oh yeah I knew I forgot something........its a 99 gt.....so the FPR is just a relay? it's not something on the actual fuel line?

I believe he was referring to the fuel pressure regulator and not the relay Lynn. The FPR is located on the front fuel injector rail left side and vacuum controlled. See item circled in red below:
