Wastegate problems

I own an 89 LeBaron 2.5 turbo. I get a code 45 which is overboost, so i'm sure my wastegate is messed up, but im not sure which solenoid is my wastegate solenoid. there are 2 on the front right fender...which one is it? Also, how hard is it to change the actuator? My Haynes manual sucks.....:banghead:

Found the problem. Does anyone know of a website that contains the entire vacuum line layout? I'm going to need to replace all my vacuum lines, and it looks like the lines have been rigged the wrong way and I'm not sure what goes to what.

Check the library and they will have the schematics your looking for, don't bother with the dealership. I stood in line for an hour and a half to get the schematic and they didn't have it:swear:
