Ash tray woe's

Hi guys, been a while since I posted. Nothing has been broke:iceslolan
Just bought a 2003 S10 PU with 2.2 5speed and the ash tray has a broken hinge pin. It is a plastic bit that snaps to the under dash and has a pin the tray snaps on to. My question is Where can I find some of these? I went to the stealers and they said no can get just the plastic bits I need but for an inflated price we will sell you a new ash tray assembly......:banghead: I asked if those pieces were included in the "ASSEMBLY" and he looks at me with that dumb stare and says "How would I know"AAAAAGGGGGGHHH...

How about running to industrial plastic and see if they have something that will let you patch it

I Would Go With Overboard. Go To The Junkers, Or A Pick And Pull, I Could Pretty Much Guarantee You I Could Get It For About 2-3 Bucks For A New Ashtry Assly. Send Me An Email If You Don't Mind Waitng About A Week And I'll Get It For You. I Got A Junker By Me Who Has At Least 6 Of Every Yr S10 In The Back.
