Carb Ajustment question

Can anyone tell me how to adjust the High and low idle on a 1987 2.2 ltr carburated 4cyl? The high idle stays on for a long time (can't kick it down with the throttle) and the low idle seems quite high.. Just bought the truck... new to these 2.2's
