Trailblazer Wiperblades

Recently on my 2002 Trailblazer when I use my wipers in the "intermittent" setting the blades seem to move erratically or stick. However, when constantly moving in the other low and high speed settings the wipers stroke fine. Does anyone have any ideas on what this could be?

Thanks
Buzz

There was a recall on this in the past. Basically water would get into the module and cause problems. What you can do is go to your dealership and have them run your VIN to check all recalls to make sure they are all completed.

I know that on TrailVoy.com there is a section that has a list of recalls on 02 TB's. Tell them D-town sent you.

I have the same problem on my 2002 Trailblazer; did you find what the problem was?

Or post the last eight of your VIN and I can check for you. One part of the recall is to check for proper operation of the wipers. If they don't operate correctly the kit isn't installed, you get a motor. If without checking for recalls I could say you need a motor anyways, I have seen many of them do that, motor fixes it.
