Michelin tire decals or etched template

I need the above in 1/12 scale like shown on the picture. anyone for a source - anywhere?

I have seen templates on Hobbylink Japan,but they are 1/20th and 1/24th.The ones in 1/12th are Goodyear and Bridgestone.
