The metal that my rocker panels screw onto is all rotted out and rusted. Is this "part" replaceable? I'm not sure what it is called if I wanted to order a couple. My 1993 is in excellent shape outside and in, just don't look underneath, so I would hate to call it quits. My fenderwells are rotting out too but I have been using Eastwood's metal filler on those.

If you know Chip Foose it's replaceable. Other than that, I don't think so (you're talking about the main floor of the car, right?).
If you want a real do-it-yourself project, maybe this page will give you some ideas:

If the outside rocker panel screws onto the floorpan, then yes i suppose it would be the floorpan. I have the Limited Lesabre, where the "rocker" area is like a curved lip instead of the flat surface you see on the Customs.
